Overview
Since 1990, Hispanic Federation Immigration Services has been dedicated to advancing immigrant rights and providing direct legal assistance. With nationwide programs like Caminos de Esperanza and Welcoming New York, they provide legal representation to migrants applying for work authorization, asylum, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and other immigration relief.
The organization has delivered universal legal representation to over 19,000 newly arrived migrants since 2023 and invested $15 million in legal services to support migrant families. They also assist thousands of recent arrivals in obtaining work permits to help them provide for their families.
Hispanic Federation offers educational workshops like Florida's HELLO program, presenting culturally competent immigration information in Spanish. Their Know Your Rights campaign reaches millions through social media, webinars, and events, promoting immigrant protection and combating hate.
Additional support includes scholarships for DACA recipients, DREAMERs, and legal residents seeking citizenship, covering costly application fees. Their comprehensive approach combines legal aid, advocacy for immigration reform, and community empowerment to guide immigrants through the complex U.S. system.
Experience targeted immigration assistance that combines direct services with progressive advocacy, supporting immigrant families on their path to citizenship and integration.
